 | Sometimes life doesn't turn out as expected. I had a good home when I was adopted from the SPCA but now my family has to give me up. I need a quiet environment, preferably with one person. I'm a pretty big guy, so a home with a fenced yard to romp in (with supervision) would be nice, although not essential.

 | I was born in a European country and when I was a very young puppy, kids there were tormenting me. Luckily (hence my name), a wonderful man working for the U.S. State Dept. rescued me. He and his wife took me in and when I was old enough, got me shots and had me spayed. But they already have another former street dog and their schedules don't allow enough time for an energetic young lady like me. I'm very affectionate and I'd like to become a U.S. citizen so I can give that love to another rescuer. Could that be you?

The SPCA found me a good one but I ruined things by being too pushy with the resident dog. So I have to be an only dog in a family that will give me enough exercise. You'll provide that, won't you?

 | My owners took me to an animal shelter because they didn't have time for me. At least that 's what they said. They found fault with me but they were having problems with each other.
